Aided to Death

As usual, Rush Limbaugh is right about aid to Africa. How is it not obvious to anyone and everyone? Billions upon billions of dollars have gone into African aid, and where are we today? Africa is no better off now than ever. Gushing hearts who buy food and fly it into Africa do not do anything to solve the problem. What we need to export is the American system, not just throw money at it.
